Tehran is ready to restart atomic discussions with Washington provided that it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's foreign minister has declared.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations worked, and disclosed new appeals had originated from intermediaries to resume negotiations with the American leadership. He claimed Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Iran could not yet authorize the global atomic watchdog to visit bombed nuclear sites for safety concerns.
